A well-established acute care hospital in north central Arkansas is seeking a locum tenens radiologist for a 26-week assignment beginning early November. This is a genuinely call-free role with no weekend coverage — a rare find in locums radiology.
Assignment Details
- Start: November 2, 2026
- Length: 26 weeks
- Schedule: Full time, 8.5–9 hour shifts. Start times vary between 7:00 and 9:00 AM CST, ending between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. One-hour unpaid lunch.
- Call: None. Weekends: None.
- Block scheduling available
- Setting: Acute care hospital, Adult Trauma Level III/IV
What You’ll Read
A general diagnostic mix with emphasis on MSK, ER, and general studies. PET experience is a strong plus, and breast imaging is highly valued. Interventional radiologists on staff handle major procedures — you’re welcome to back them up if procedural work interests you, but it is entirely optional.

Requirements
- MD or DO, Radiology
- Active Arkansas medical license — or willingness to obtain (we handle the process)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Fellowship training in MSK, Neuro, or Body MRI is preferred, but all fellowship backgrounds and generalists are encouraged
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccination per facility policy; medical and religious exemptions and declinations accepted
